Shared joy

What a feeling! When you are truly happy for someone, there is that joy that overwhelms you. Today one of our tutors received the 'guru cemerlang' award and it was truly well deserved. All of us in the staffroom collectively felt excitement and the chat erupted with congratulatory messages. Sometimes I do feel blessed that I am in this workplace where we do support one another. Of course, there are stresses with this work but I can easily say that the stresses are usually coming from elsewhere.
