Last day of September

We are in the swing of exam season now. Strangely, I have not been called in for invigilation duties and was quite surprised by this. It is a struggle on a daily basis to fill up the hours so I need to really sit and think about what to do over the next two months. And the staffroom is eerily quiet. Some tutors are away because of the EduTalk. I went for the first session on 26th September in the morning. It was a long trip to Lugu but at least I enjoyed the talk. I appreciated how this was more of an affirmation about us as teachers and sometimes it is a good reminder that there are people who know what we are going through and to think about different perspectives from other people about our job.
